Cal represents the second generation at the helm of the family-owned Coseo Properties. With a successful background in running a synthetic turf and landscaping business, Cal transitioned to Coseo Properties Inc. in 2009. His role was pivotal in managing the acquisition, asset management, investor relations, rehabilitation, and sale of 3,000 single-family homes across 45 states, a massive endeavor spurred by the REO sales program from Fannie Mae following the Great Recession. Cal was instrumental in developing software that streamlined the coordination and tracking of each property involved, facilitating the management of 1,200 real estate brokers and 800 contractors engaged in the project.
In 2014, leveraging his success and experience, Cal established Coseo Enterprises, Inc., in collaboration with CPI. His market performance, alongside his national and regional industry expertise, led to the acquisition of 25 multifamily complexes in the Midwest, comprising over 4,000 units, and five office complexes totaling over 500,000 square feet.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Cal is deeply committed to community service, having served as a director of the Boys and Girls Club of Greater San Diego since 2011. This role underscores his dedication to giving back and positively impacting the lives of young people in his community.
