Josh Oedewaldt launched his real estate career in 2020, focusing on multifamily acquisitions and management in Indiana. He soon joined a private equity firm, leading acquisitions, investor relations, and asset management across large portfolios in Texas and Tennessee. His disciplined underwriting and market insight drove strong portfolio growth and investor returns.
In 2022, Josh joined Coseo Enterprises, Inc., where he sources investments, leads due diligence, and supports asset management across the firm’s growing portfolio. He works closely with internal teams and third-party partners to ensure each acquisition aligns with Coseo’s investment thesis and is executed with precision.
Known for his relationship-driven approach and attention to detail, Josh is trusted by investors, brokers, and operating partners. Whether underwriting deals or navigating complex transactions, he stays focused on long-term value.
Outside of Coseo, Josh is active in San Diego’s luxury residential market, acquiring, renovating, and reselling high-end coastal properties. His hands-on role in design and construction drives creative, high-impact outcomes.
He also serves on the board of Safari Club International San Diego Chapter, supporting youth education, conservation, and ethical hunting. Josh lives in San Diego and spends his free time outdoors, hunting, fishing, and exploring nature.
